Build CM13 with Replicant's libsamsung-ipc (i9300)

I would to build the CM13 for i9300 with the Replicant's libsamsung-ipc instead of the native backdoored one. Which additional steps need to be made in compare to https://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Build_for_i9300 instructions? I just want to use CM13 firmware but with libsamsung-ipc instead of the native RIL. I never build Android before.

The porting guide gives a general overview and you can figure out the needed changes by following it. Looking at differences between the i9300 device repo in Replicant and in CM13 might already be enough to figure out the needed changes.

It's great to see that work is done to replace some non-free parts of the radio interface in LineageOS. This however only replaces the non-free cbd daemon that is in charge of the modem boot with the deprecated ipc-modem tool. Unfortunately, as long as Samsung-RIL is not almost entirely feature-complete, LineageOS will likely not consider to include it.
