Is the newest ADT plugin free software?

I tried to install the latest version of the ADT plugin on Eclipse 3.8.1, and the only licenses in the install window were the Apache License, the Eclipse Public License, and the (presumably new) BSD license. Does this mean that it is free software?

Well, I haven't looked into the details of that -- you're welcome to do it.
Making a Replicant version of that plugin is also part of the Tasks to improve Replicant.
