Can one of the devs help me get started on how to test the latest code for the devices so i can test the 4G support? I left a comment here as well

Thanks in advance. Let me know how to get in touch

Hi there, me again.
Testing isn't needed right now on, developing is, as there is no code currently enabling LTE modem functionality on S3 or Note 2 with mainline Linux. Once there is something to test, then your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jack K

Hi,
It would be nice if someone were to double check
1) The i9305 image from https://redmine.replicant.us/projects/replicant/wiki/Images ... to see if sound does in-fact work using the official images, perhaps using the music player. Simple Yes/No
AND
2) The image from https://github.com/publicsite/ReplicantBuilds/releases/tag/scintill-replicant-6.0 to see if sound works, again using the music player. Again: Simple Yes/No
This may help to work out any discrepancies with the audio between the two images, and what kind of problem(s) we be looking at when possibly getting that final piece of the jigsaw working.
It may prove to be an easy/useful set of tests for those looking to help.
Cheers,
Josh

To answer my own test requests ...
I tested both images and the sound works on both sets of images.
However, the sound does not work in telephone calls.
