Hi Haytam,

Thanks for doing a good research and providing all these links.

Unfortunately the GT-S7580 carries a Broadcom BCM28145 or a BCM28155 SoC. These SoCs have an integrated UMTS/HSPA+ modem. This is a tell tale sign that modem isolation is not possible. As such this device does not qualify as a proper Replicant target because a "somewhat isolated modem" is now a minimum requirement for Replicant.

Hello Haytam,

I think you have misunderstood. Only supported devices get builds. This device will not be supported in Replicant any time soon, I'm afraid. You are welcome to try to port your device yourself. Please read https://redmine.replicant.us/projects/replicant/wiki/WhatCanIDoIfMyDeviceIsNotSupported and https://redmine.replicant.us/projects/replicant/wiki/DevicePortingGuide .

Good luck!
