LG Optimus 4X HD (p880)
- Supported by CyanogenMod (http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/P880_Info)
- Installation uses adb and ClockworkMod (https://plus.google.com/+CyanogenMod/posts/GM15W778h8N)
- Potential signed kernel, because...
- CyanogenMod's link to the kernel repository is dead. But the source code is still available (https://www.lg.com/global/support/opensource/opensourceList?types=NAME&search=P880)
- Network type is GSM
This is an NVidia Tegra 3 device, so it will depend on how usable other Tegra 3 devices are. I'm eager to see how the status of this platform turns out, if we're going to attempt any Tegra 3 ports.

Often, the kernel repo appears to be down because they didn't update the link in the wiki page, but https://github.com/CyanogenMod/lge-kernel-p880 does exist ;)
I know for sure that tegra needs many blobs and I have no idea whether they're easy to replace or not. Maybe getting a Nexus 7 first gen would help to see clear.

This device actually has surprisingly few blobs: https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_device_lge_p880/blob/cm-10.2/proprietary-files.txt
