This device may not be in CyanogenMod's list of supported devices, but it is officially supported, as downloads are available for it at https://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=n5100. Chipset is Exynos and it's a Samsung device. Sorry I can't say more; I'm on an iPad in a mall right now.

Alright, looks interesting. However there is no CM 10.1 support, so we'll have to wait for the next Replicant version to support it.
