As far as I know nobody tried yet, so it would require some work to make it possible.

It would probably at least require to compile Replicant for either the Android emulator or laptops/desktop computers (after adding support for them).

On Replicant 6, the goldfish emulator would be a good start however I'm unsure if it even works fine with LineageOS or not.
