Make GT-i9100 (Galaxy S2) private and secure
Added by Black Matrix almost 4 years ago
Hey.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 and I'd like to make it secure. I am still a newbie but I got the Replicant 6.0 0004 RC4 to run on my device and encrypted the phone. But as far as I can see this is not enought for the GT-i9100 because as far as I know it still writes data to unencrypted partitions. I found these 2 posts:
https://redmine.replicant.us/issues/1873
and
https://redmine.replicant.us/boards/39/topics/13707
Is this still necessary? How can I check which partitions are encrypted and which not? Would it be easier to encrypt an additional SD card and move all my APKs there?
After a lot more investigations it seems /sdcard0 is the unencrypted problem?
