Galaxy Tab 2 (GT-P3113) Installation Confusion

Hello, everyone!
I’m a little confused after reading the wiki pages regarding installing on a Galaxy Tab 2, Particularly since the one page references installing on tablets GT-P31XX, but then the following page specifically references installing on a GT-P3100. I want to make sure I’m on the same page here.
Can a basic system be installed on a GT-P3113 (IR version?) using the the same instruction for a P3100? I could care less about ir or other features, I just want to know I’m not going to brick the device I just recently bought for this specific project.

Yes, you can install Replicant on the GT-P3113 using the same instructions for the P3100. It won't have IR support though until issue #1950 is fixed.
