create again partitions on my devices

Hello,
since I do not receive MMS, I discovered some partitions could not be formated as they should (https://redmine.replicant.us/projects/replicant/wiki/GalaxySIIIGTI9300#Partitions), for example, /cache is ext4 instead of f2s with my Replicant4-2.
I tried to reinstall my device (https://redmine.replicant.us/projects/replicant/wiki/RestoreApplicationInternalData) but is does not work so I should probably recreate my partitions before reinstalling.
However, I didn't find the procedure. I think it involves heimdall & PIT but I do not remember how to do this.
Do you have an url explaining how to do this?

After another test, it finally seems to work!
I receive MMS now, problem solved.
