Replicant

I'm trying to use the Heimdall instructions to put Replicant on my Galaxy S2.

The heimdall flash command goes in the terminal, right?

I dragged-and-dropped the Replicant files to my phone. I'm not sure whether I'm using the Recovery Partition, or Kernel Partition, at the Image-flashing stage. How do I find out? I tried both commands, but neither seemed to work. I'm not sure what to do.

Is there a specific path or text that goes in place of the "[RECOVERY PARTITION]" or "[KERNEL PARTITION]" in those commands?

Can I install Replicant to my phone with Trisquel? I also have access to a Lubuntu computer.
