What is the difference between lineageos and replicant?

Thank you. I had not noticed the link. The link says

code are reworked to remove anti-features that can spy on the user.

It is not a very precise description of what you get, compared to lineageos.

On a forum I asked about getting non libre software on a replicant 6 phone. One answered, replicant 6 containing non libre software is the same as lineageos. I countered that, but I could not show documentation.
On replicant's irc I got the same argument. The link tells something else.

Well, it's only an FAQ entry. We can't list everything there. The changelog lists some of the changes. Code that is used for sending data about usage patterns in LineageOS is also removed. And in general, Replicant tries to have more privacy-conscious default settings.

I don't understand what you mean by that. Replicant does not contain non-libre software.
