How can we speed this along?

3G isn't really viable anymore. my own SIM card stopped working for 3G last month and now im stuck on shitty 2G lol (N7100)

How can we speed this along? I have a very real possibility of some anon donors. You guys are the only project with the promise for us to finally have usable phones without SIM backdoor bullshit afaik
Do you guys need more people? What languages/expertise do you? What kind of money? Just curious, straight up, what do you need to get this LTE/4G suppoer out? I'm an engineer myself, so i get that stuff takes time, but we should be quicker i feel like.
