Can't upgrade Repwifi

Added by Daniel Alsace almost 5 years ago

Hello,

I tried to download repwifi apk on f-droid and make "open with installer", and to upgrade with the regular way using f-droid (I upgraded f-droid from apk download), both ways don't work

adb shell and adb root don't work… it's really the unelegant way to communicate between computer and phone…
There is not an other way to uninstall repwifi?!

adb shell * daemon not running; starting now at tcp:5037 * daemon started successfully error: device unauthorized. This adb server's $ADB_VENDOR_KEYS is not set Try 'adb kill-server' if that seems wrong. Otherwise check for a confirmation dialog on your device.

There is no dialog box… in the past I saw one, once…

Yeah, it does look like you need to confirm the adb connection on your device. Did you try restarting the phone and trying again? It should pop up.

I succeed, but after made a beginner's error I don't know why (typing enter instead of tab??), and made rm /system. I fastly saw this and made ctrl+c, but after that couldn't boot anymore…

I don't know why, I tried to use heimdall and download mode, it failed, but after that the system managed to boot normally again, like before!

Strange automatic recovery! Ok I'm lucky.

I tried again adb root, and know it doesn't work.

It looks like I must wait the next day each time!

I used an other usb plug of my computer, and it worked!

I could delete repwifi, upgrade f-droid informations about packages, and install repwifi from f-droid website
