Running Redphone and TextSecure on Replicant

Before I install Replicant I want to know that it works with Redphone and TextSecure. If one were to download the .apk files and put them on there I'm thinking it would work. Are apks generally compatible between Replicant and Android?
I would hugely appreciate if someone would try these programs on the latest Replicant for me. I would imagine a lot of you folks out there would be interested in the software if you haven't already heard of it.

I don't see why Redphone and TextSecure wouldn't work. I haven't tried them myself (Redphone uses a centralized XMPP server IIRC) but it is certain that any apk will work just as well as in CyanogenMod.
We've heard of it, of course, and I think I've seen reports of people using those with Replicant. I am using ChatSecure for XMPP and OTR which works quite nicely.
Remember that Replicant ships with F-Droid, which contains a lot of free software applications!

ChatSecure works and is avaible in F-Droid.
