USB Mass storage stopped working as well as USB tether on I9100 4.2 0003

I've been using an I9100 with Replicant for a couple of months, and everythings has been working as intended, except that USB Mass storage suddenly stopped working. And I never tested USB tether before now, but that isn't working either. Both features work perfectly on my N7000 with the same Replicant build.

Perhaps a more accurate description of the problem would be enough to get started. Does the device recognize that it's being plugged in? Do the USB notifications appear? Is it charging? If not, perhaps try another cable. On the host side, is it listed in lsusb, does it show up in dmesg?

It's working now but I don't know why.
What was happening was that when I'd plug it into the computer, the phone would say that usb is connected. And when I would enable mass storage or usb tether it looked correct on the phone but the computer didn't do anything.
But now the computer is responding correctly. Maybe removing the sd card and rebooting it helped I don't know.
