Description
According to the Samsung-RIL wiki page STK (Sim Toolkit) commands are either missing or disabled.
Without them one cannot use devices like the "magic" dual-SIM adapters, which could be a great way to circumvent the lack of Replicant support for a dual-SIM phone.

Do we really want STK?
This standard potentially gives too much power to the SIM over Replicant.
Would be a sane way to implement this, or a subset of it so it doesn't pose any risk for users of Replicant?

Denis, would you mind elaborating? How does STK control an Android OS?

We should research how or how much of STK could be implemented sanely.
