Description

In at least two cases, I've received a call while listening to the Music application using headphones with a built-in microphone. Once I answered the call, I could not hear the caller. I was subsequently told that the caller could hear me.

  • Target version set to Replicant 2.3

Call routing to the headphones both already works on the libaudio side (it was already free software) and on the RIL side (that one we wrote, but it is apparently unnecessary). Can you please indicate if this only happens when you're listening to music when the call arrives?

Anyways, we'll need logs to investigate. This may be because the headphones have a built-in microphone and thus require a particular treatment on the RIL side. I will try to see how different it should be from regular headphones.

Thanks for reporting this.

We just tested with a Nexus S and the genuine headphones with a mic and it worked flawlessly.

Please reopen with more infos if the problem still persists with the latest images.
