openCamera functionality doesn't work in a lot of apps

Description
In many apps when the camera is enabled (to take a photo or scan qr) the screen will just stay black and the camera doesn't function or says the camera is unavailable.
Apps it doesn't work (which I've tested):
Riot.IM
Signal
Copay
Breadwallet
Electrum (llvmpipe required)
I've experienced it in more apps but can't remember or not using them right now.
Apps it does work (which I’ve tested):
Telegram
Obsqr
OpenCamera
Is this something that can be fixed in Replicant, or does the code need to be changed in all these apps to get it working in Replicant?
*Experienced on Note 2 and S3, unsure if issue persists on any other devices. Issue present in Replicant 6.0.0003 and earlier 6.0 releases. 4.2 untested.

It works for me on a Note2 N7100 with Replicant 6.0 0003.
I have tried to use the "attach" function in Signal; it opens the camera just fine and it's able to take pictures.
I haven't tried any other app though..

You're right. Signal works if you press on attachment and then camera. It doesn't work if you press the camera button in the textbox. In all the other apps i noted it doesn't work at all.
