Description
Registering to redmine requires:
- A login, A password: without it accounts cannot work
- An email: I don't know the arguments for or against its requirement.
- For privacy reasons
- Because people might not have a "first name" or a "last name". See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burmese_names for more details.

I've looked at all the menus the Redmine interface (I've administrator/project manager access), and I didn' find where to do that.

At least we should be able to change the users display format to "Username" (https://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineSettings#Users-display-format) and then we can put some text on Redmine (maybe it is possible to put it to the registration page?) that one can just put some fake information for the first and last name fields.
