Description

F-droid will be removed in the next release, because we have a new plan to make it compliant again that is way better in the long run but will take more time.

In the meantime we had the idea at the FOSDEM 2019 to ship a zip with the f-droid APKs, where the signatures have been previously verified.

The f-droid repository is huge:

$ git clone https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroidserver.git
$ cd fdroidserver
$ ./fdroid mirror https://f-droid.org/repo/
ERROR: this command should never be used to mirror f-droid.org!
A full mirror of f-droid.org requires more than 200GB.

This seems to be an additional zip distributed in addition to Replicant image so this doesn't have to be finished before 0004 is released but could probably be done aftewards too.
