We have added a fair number of issues to Replicant 6.0 0004 on our roadmap: https://redmine.replicant.us/versions/41
I assume that a number of the closed issues are ones that have been reviewed on the mailing list. Perhaps this is would be a good place to start when making this branch and manifest, but I'm not entirely sure.

Replicant 6.0 0004)
This was originally intended to help people making test builds track the patches that have been sent to the mailing list to include it in their build, so users could test the patches by installing and testing the builds.
Most/all patches to test have been reviewed and merged now, so it's not Relevant anymore for the Replicant 6.0 004 Release, but it's it's still a good idea to have a a branch like that again in the future when we need to test a big amount of patches that are pending review.
