The July 2015 version of WebView that is presently on Replicant 6.0 0003 doesn't support the GCM ciphersuites for TLS 1.2, it is not the fault of the browser. I'm going to close this ticket. Please feel free to open a new ticket with a new title or follow up about the issue in this very much related ticket: https://redmine.replicant.us/issues/1780

I'm opening this ticket again because it is a valid issue and it shouldn't have been closed just because it is being blocked by another open issue. A quick and dirty solution that should fix this bug has been proposed here: https://redmine.replicant.us/issues/1780#note-27
