Description

It was previously reported that upstream Cyanogenmod didn't have support for infrared: https://redmine.replicant.us/boards/3/topics/1305

We currently support the Galaxy Note 8.0 which has a version, the P3113, that shipped with IR Blaster support.

We should look into whether support has been added upstream in LineageOS since it was last investigated.

Also, the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2012 edition) seems to be very similar to the Replicant supported Note 8.0 and Note II and is listed on wikipedia as having shipped with a version that had IR Blaster support.
