Description

On an HTC Dream:

1. Flash with Replicant
2. Reboot with fastboot reboot
3. After booted, make outgoing phone call by dialing numbers on screen keypad
4. Call will act like it is working, but there will be no ringing sound, and it doesn't go through to the other phone.
5. Press hangup. The screen changes, but it doesn't actually kill the call.
6. Reboot
7. Every outgoing phone call after this works fine.
