While there are no free firmwares yet for the Galaxy SIII WiFi chips yet (there might be for the Galaxy SII though),
for some devices using the same chip (BCM4334), there are at least free software (GPLv2+) nvram data files. For instance:

So it would be a good idea to make free software ones for all the variants of the WiFi chips used in the Galaxy SIII (GT-I9300) and Galaxy SIII 4G (GT-I9305).
Part of the WiFi adapter (not the main chip) seem to be different as there is murata and semcosh in the name of the files used by LineageOS.
In any case it would be a good idea to have free software files that we could ship.
