While https://redmine.replicant.us/projects/replicant/wiki/ReleaseKey has the information about the https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/replicant/people/GNUtoo/FB31DBA3AB8DB76A4157329F7651568F80374459.key URL, https://redmine.replicant.us/projects/replicant/wiki/RecoveryInstallationWithHeimdall does not.

So we need to follow all the installation instruction branches and see if there are still ways users can manage to install the wrong key.
