Replicant

The history of that page has a summary for that change: "Add link to non-existant Replicant 11 porting guide to show that the 6.0 guide doesn't apply for 11".

This was made on purpose as we don't have guides yet for new contributors on how to add new devices to Replicant 11.

For that we'd need to at least have 1 device that is usable and then write that guide while adding a different device (like the Pinephone, the Galaxy Note II (GT-N7100), the Galaxy SIII 4G (GT-I9305), etc).

Ideally we will try to make the code as generic as possible to make it easier to add new devices, but at first we might have part of the code that is not as generic as it could be and over time make it more and more generic so users would then do most of the work upstream and as little work as possible to add new devices in Replicant.
