We have our infrastructure documented here: https://redmine.replicant.us/projects/replicant-infrastructure/wiki/NetworkInfrastructure

We probably need to move all our services to self hosting to improve privacy (for instance we could provide onion services and so on with that).

As with the GDPR, we do our best not to track people but I'm not sure what would be the requirements in our situation (Replicant isn't a company, and it's not an association either. In addition the VM is hosted by the FSF on RYF compliant hardware that runs Libreboot or a fully free version of Coreboot, but it's probably hosted in a nearby datacenter inside the MIT, which is in the USA, and the safe harbor has been invalidated(which is a good thing)).

Apart from hosting itself, the replicant.us website doesn't use cookies (I verified with the web developers tools in the tor-browser) and all the content (javascript, html, etc) comes from replicant.us.

https://git.replicant.us also doesn't use cookies and all the content comes from git.replicant.us.

When logged Redmine has a session cookie but it's only for the session (Expires / Max-Age is set to Session in the Web developers tools).

I've not checked yet what happens when I'm not logged. Also note that I did all theses tests with JavaScript deactivated.

Denis.

I think the only issue is regarding the fact that the website doesnt ha e a disclaimer or a imprint, but Im not sure what such peer was refering to as well. I will try to look into it this week and maybe send a PR for the website repo to fix it. Cheers

By the way GNUtoo I just look into this and is very easy to fix it dont fully understand the legal implications including this page might have for replicant (given this seams to fall under contract/admiralty law), but if a decision to move foward regarding this is made we just need to add a page to website with following contents. this is basically sign-off feature of git for website content and licenses ;)
