file manager shows a EULA on first use
The file manager is licensed under the Apache v2 license but it shows a EULA accept screen (displaying the Apache license) on first use. This should be removed entirely since the Apache license doesn't cover usage.

Tell the author or CyanogenMod. This is out of the scope of Replicant (and we are not going to fork FileManager for that reason).
