Description

The service mode activated with one of these codes doesn't display any menu
*#*#197328640#*#* / *#*#0011#*#*

This service mode menu allows to disable the 2G frequencies by only selecting the 3g frequencies :
Debug Screen / Phone Control / Network Control / Band Selection / Wcdma Band In this menu select, for instance, the WCDMA 2100 line
Then in the previous menu (Band Selection) go to Combi Band and select any Band you want to add
You can select for instance GSM 1800 + UMTS 900 if you want, any combination you want

The menu allows also to get information about the frequency you're on at me moment, the cellid, the lac and the signal power :
Debug Screen / Basic Information or Gprs Information

The menu allows also to get the other cells around you :
Debug Screen / Neighbour Cell

It also allows to know if the call is encrypted :
Debug Screen / Phone Control / Nas Control / Ciphering Info : Is_enciphered
