*This is a basic replicant test plan. Use this as a checklist to test Replicant builds. *

AUDIO

• Local audio plays (change ringtone; uses ringer volume)

• DTMF in dialer plays (uses media volume)

VIBRATOR

• Vibrator functions (mute ringer volume)

RIL

• Signal Strength Indicator shows signal strength

• Mobile Operator detected/displayed in notification pull-down

• Outgoing call dials (suggested to a toll-free number)

• Outgoing call rings

• Outgoing call connects

• Incoming call rings

• Incoming call connects

• In-Call: Can hear remote audio in earpiece

• In-Call: Remote can hear you speaking into microphone

• Call disconnects properly on hangup

• Missed call notification

• Voice mail notification

SMS

• Outgoing messaging sends message

• Message reaches proper destination ("SMS bug")

• Incoming messaging received (leave phone on home screen)

• Incoming messaging received (in messaging application)

DATA

• EDGE connects (US: AT&T users)

• 3G connects (US: T-Mobile + All European users)

• MMS test (expensive)

• Test web browser (on small web page, like ebb.org)

WIFI

• G1: wifi depends on non-free software.
